These terms explain how you may use randrunners.co.za and the free resources on it, and the basis on which Rand Runners Digital Growth (“we”, “us”) provides its services. They are written in plain English. If anything is unclear, ask us before you rely on it.

1. Our services

We build websites and set up customer systems, such as CRM tracking and automated replies, for businesses in Cape Town and beyond. Every paid project starts with a free consult and is described in a written quote. The quote sets out what we will do, the price, the payment terms and the timing. Where a quote and these terms differ, the quote applies to that project.

2. Free resources and tools

Our checklists, guides, calculators and blog posts are free to use for your own business. They are general information and a starting point, not professional, legal or financial advice. Results depend on your business, market and the platforms you use, so we cannot promise a particular outcome.

3. Third-party platforms

Much of what we recommend relies on services we do not control, such as Google, WhatsApp, payment providers and email platforms. Their features, rules and prices can change without notice. We are not responsible for changes made by those companies.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information, to tell us about anything that affects the work, and to make sure you have the right to share any content, accounts or access you give us.

5. Ownership

The content on this website, including text, design and downloads, belongs to Rand Runners Digital Growth. You may use the free resources for your own business, but you may not resell them or present them as your own. Ownership of work we deliver to a client is set out in that client’s quote.

6. Our responsibility to you

We take care with our work and with the information we publish. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, that arises from using this website or its free resources. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under South African consumer law that cannot be limited.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
